Do you provide contact-free delivery?
Yes, customers have the option to choose the contact-free delivery upon checkout. Riders will be able to see when a customer has selected this option and will be asked to let the customer know that their food has been placed outside their door. Riders will step a safe distance and wait until the customer collected the food before the order be completed. This option is available for card payments only.

We personally curate a high quality and diverse selection of kitchens in your area.
What are your delivery working hours?
We deliver every day from morning until late night, and different kitchens will have various opening times. You can visit the website or the app to see which kitchens are available in your area.
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum amount varies depending on which kitchen you’re ordering from. You can see the minimum order amount under the info tab of the kitchen.
How does it work?
You can order either on the website or by using the HOOD app, available on both IOS and Android. Create an account with your email and mobile number. Write what type of cuisine you would like to order to see all the kitchens delivering near your area. Choose your food and place your order. Upon receiving, the kitchen owner will prepare your food and carefully package it. Once ready to go, a HOOD rider will pick it up and deliver the order right to your doorstep.
Can I have multiple addresses in my account?
Yes. You can add as many addresses you need in a single account. To add addresses, simply click Add New Address under Checkout. Write the new address and click Save.
How do I know if you received the order?
If you clicked on your Account, you will see the Orders tab on your left. From there, choose the order name and click Track to view the status of your order.
